Is chicken included in the package?
No, chicken is not included.
What kind of chicken do you recommend cooking?
We recommend bone-in/skin-on thighs, boneless thighs, quarter chickens, or leg with back attached.
How much chicken can I BBQ in one batch?
Our Chicken BBQ can hold up to 40 lbs of chicken in one batch, which will typically feed 50 people.
Is it difficult to cook on the chicken BBQ?
No! We keep it very simple so you can have a successful first cook.
I have never cooked with charcoal before. Will I receive instructions?
Yes. We will provide you with step by step instructions on how to light your BBQ and cook your chicken.
How long does it take to cook a batch of chicken?
That depends on the type of chicken pieces you are cooking. On average it will take 45-75 minutes to cook 1 batch.
